Past Perfect Continuous: I had been studying English.

Past Indefinite: I moved to the USA.

অপশনে যেহেতু past Indefinite tense নেই তাই একক সঠিক উত্তর হবে Past Perfect Continuous. অতীতে কোন কাজ শুরু হয়েছিল, অতীতে কাজটি অব্যাহত ছিল। এবং অতীতের একটা নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে তা শেষ হয়েছিল বুঝাতে যে tense ব্যবহার করা হয়, তাকেই Past Perfect Continuous Tense বলে।
