Dear Sir,
With due respect, we would like to state that we are the students of class XI of your college. Our classroom is quite large and it can accommodate more than one hundred students. We have a total of one hundred and fifty students in our class. So, to conduct our classes properly, we need a sound system of good quality. But it is a matter of great regret that the sound system in our classroom has become defective. As a result, it has become difficult for all of us to listen to the lectures properly. Besides, our honourable lecturers have to talk very loudly, which often results in sore throat. The students who have to sit in the back benches can hardly listen to them.
We, therefore, hope that you would be kind enough to consider the fact and take necessary steps to fix this problem immediately and oblige thereby.
