Dear Sir,
With due respect, I, on behalf of the inhabitants of Rangpur Sadar Upazila, lay the facts before you that we constantly face a lot of problems as there is a canal, over which there is no bridge. This canal separates us from the schools, colleges, market, etc. on the other side of it There was a bridge, but a few weeks ago, it broke down due to over-use. So, it has become difficult for everyone to cross the canal safely without a bridge. I, therefore, pray and hope that you would understand the gravity of the problem and take immediate initiatives to construct a bridge over the canal and obliging us thereby.
