He considered diseases to be effective of imbalances in such natural elements as air, water, sunshine, and nourishment. \u00a0 \u00a0As the name suggests, Naturopathy is the treatment or prevention of disease without \u00a0drugs, using natural therapies like changes in diet and lifestyle.
