Explanation: 'a typical day in the year 2050'. Alarm clocks might have been a thing in the past but it is not anymore. Now in the year 2050, as per the global constitution we all have been implanted with a microscopic device that regulates our circadian rhythm, which is our body clock due to which we automatically fall asleep by 12 am and wake up 6 am in the morning. Since, the global coronavirus pandemic of 2020, things have never been the same. Most of the jobs since then have been automized with Artificial Intelligence replacing both manual and intellectual jobs. As a result, most of us actually work from home now conducting meetings through state-of-the-art virtual media featuring holograms. Office hours are the same though: nine to five. Although, most of us stay indoors during the day, the streets bustle with activity during the evening which is when most of us go out for recreation. Holograms have radicalized the way we enjoy festivals and concerts. We do not have to commute to a distant location to enjoy a Tomorrow land festival anymore. The local park features the life like holograms of such concerts. Most cars these days are hovercrafts i.e. they do not need wheels which is why long drive cruises are more common these days. By 11pm, however, our microscopic chip warns us that our body is getting tired and will soon shut down warning us to return home. By the time we get home, the device makes us so tired that we ultimately fall asleep.
