Explanation: 'Liberty comes with responsibility'. Liberty and responsibility are inseparable. What often comes off as a paradox because responsibility seemingly obstructs liberty are actually counterparts to each other. Responsibility is the restriction placed by expectations from us while liberty is emancipation from limitations. However, to truly enjoy liberty one must uphold the self-responsibility entailed. In each person being his own master, that person also has to accept that the actions they take produce real consequences. The acceptance of responsibility allows individuals to learn through consequence. If we weren't held responsible for our actions, we wouldn't learn to change our actions to influence outcomes. The burden of accountability and ramifications force individuals to take calculated steps and make the world a better place. Irresponsibility would soon beget chaos and ruin the beauty and security of the world the individual chose to enjoy through their liberty. Hence it is a self-balancing mechanism. Liberty enables individuals to hone their skills and unique abilities to then utilize those skills anywhere they choose to, while responsibility navigates them towards deciding how to use their capacities in the best possible way to better serve human society. If we want an effective, capable society, then we must allow for liberty and responsibility to co-exist. A society built on taking responsibility for one's own free movement is the only way we can learn, and by learning we are incentivized to create better outcomes for ourselves and, in turn, better systems. The more responsibility one takes on, the more meaning their life has. The higher degree of responsibility one voluntarily agrees to bear, the richer their life is because of the self-correcting mechanism. Picking up responsibility means having something worth striving for, so it gives one purpose. \Freedom is not the last word. Freedom is only part of the story and half of the truth. Freedom is but the negative aspect of the whole phenomenon whose positive aspect is responsibleness. In fact
