Explanation: . a. The condition of most of the rivers of our country is poor. Untreated liquid industrial waste is being discharged into
rivers indiscriminately, leaving these rivers polluted. The rivers are losing their ability to supply fresh water. Some
rivers are already dead and several are going through the pangs of death.

What he meant was that man, by instinct, seeks company of others and establishes relationships, much like most animals of the wild, for companionship and for physical and emotional support.
